Model 231 and Ethic Code

GEA Consulting S.r.l. has deemed it compliant with its corporate policies to proceed with the adoption and implementation of an Organization, management and control model envisaged by Legislative Decree 231/2001 (so-called Model 231).

This initiative stems from the need felt by the Company to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and corporate activities, to protect its position and image and the expectations of its employees, in the belief that the adoption of the Model could constitute a valid tool to raise awareness of all those who work in the name and on behalf of the Company, so that they follow correct and linear behavior in carrying out their activities, such as to prevent the risk of committing the offenses contemplated in the Decree.

To complete the fulfilments required by the legislation pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Company has also adopted a Ethic Code, a document that collects and explains the ethical principles and values ​​to which the Company in general and all subjects company (directors, employees and collaborators) must be inspired in the exercise of their business, accepting responsibilities, structures, roles and rules of conduct.
